Ricardo has worked in the field of IP law since 2007. Prior to joining Daly, Crowley, Mofford & Durkee, Ricardo has practiced as a patent attorney aiding various clients of many levels, from large companies to individual inventors/entrepreneurs. Ricardo has also aided clients with trademarks and other IP related matters. His broad range of skills lets him devise strategies to build, strengthen, and protect his client's intellectual property while meeting their individualized goals.

Ricardo received his Master of Science in Computer Science and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Michigan State University.

Ricardo is registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
