Kris Lange has over 6 years of experience in intellectual property prosecution and litigation. At Daly, Crowley, Mofford & Durkee, Kris concentrates on patent strategy, counseling, protection, and diligence. Kris works with clients in diverse industries nationally and internationally to determine and execute a comprehensive IP strategy.
Prior to joining Daly, Crowley, Mofford & Durkee, Kris practiced at large multinational law firm with offices in more than 40 countries where he advised clients in a wide array of industries and technologies, including consumer electronics, health and fitness monitoring, computer security, artificial intelligence, blockchain, nanotechnology, semiconductors, and medical technologies.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Denver. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kris worked as a software engineer for several successful startup companies, designing and building platforms for mobile advertising, multiplayer gaming, and productivity apps.
Kris is admitted to the Massachusetts bar, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and is registered to practice before the USPTO. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Patent Law Association.
